Services

• Initial free consultation with the Client to establish and discuss their brief, advising on possibilities and approximate likely cost.

• Full survey of site and/or existing buildings.

• Preparation of initial design sketches and feasibility for further discussion and approval.

• Preparation of drawings and necessary documents in order to submit a Planning Application.
• Preparation of full working drawings and specification in order to submit a Building Regulations Application.

• Liaising with Local Authority Planning and Building control departments as required during application process, other Construction Consultants and Building Contractors

• Administering the construction of the project through to completion under a form of Building Contract.

• Domestic and small commercial projects undertaken, whether it be to new build, extensions or alterations of existing buildings.

Design

• Carefully listening to and interpreting the Client's requirements to provide an achievable solution both in terms of meeting their requirements within the constraints of budget and timescale.

• To provide design flair and attention to detail from initial design through to completion.

• To minimise the impact on the surrounding environment, whilst responding to context and function.
